1. What are the countries FOX KIDS & BABY online ship to?
Currently, we only ship to Singapore addresses (except Alps Avenue, Changi Cargo Complex/Ferry Terminal, Airport link, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, MID Bases, Sentosa, Senoko, Sembawang Park, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Tuas View Extension, Changi Airports).
2. What are the Delivery fees and duration?
Standard delivery/ return shipping fee – SGD 3.80
Orders $60 and above - Free shipping
Shipping time: 3-6 business days*
*For orders placed before 12pm between Monday - Friday only.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day

4. How long do I have to return an item?
Kindly write into our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a return pick-up from our customer service using the following format:

Reason for Return
1- Item doesn’t fit properly, 2- Item doesn’t suit me,
3- Ordered more than one size, 4- Item is different than described,
5- Incorrect size ordered, 6- Incorrect item received,
7- Item is of poor quality, 8- Cancelled order,
9- Parcel damaged on arrival 10- Others (Please Specify))
5. Can I exchange an item?
Online orders can only be returned, kindly place a new order for the item you wish to exchange to.
6. Can I return a sale item?
You may return regular-priced or sale item if your item(s) are within the return window of 14 calendar days from the relevant date.
*Due to circuit breaker situation, we will extend the return period for all orders from 23rd March 2020 onwards till 31st May 2020
7. How long does it take to get my refund?
Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery of your return package to our warehouse. Processing time for all returns will be within 5 business days from the time the returned package is received by our warehouse.
It may take up to 7 business days after we process your returns for your refund to be reflected on your credit card account.
*However, please take note that there maybe additional processing time by the banks due to the covid-19 situation.
